January 13, no spend day for me

No spend day for me, but dh bought gas, $42.19. On the way to get dd from school I deposited the insurance refund and picked up a couple warm cookies at the bank. Dd was happy to find out I had a warm cookie for her when I pulled up.

We went back into town to visit with friends and have dinner out, Friday is our usual date night. We used a gift card we received for Christmas. We brought some home, it will go great with the game tomorrow.

I made a cake with coffee, white chocolate and a ganache over the top to take to our friends house. We had a great time just sitting around the table visiting.

In the pantry I found 3 loaves of bread with just one or two pieces left, so will make french toast for breakfast tomorrow morning. Leftovers for lunch and I have a bag of frozen chili that I'll thaw out and serve for dinner while the game is on.

Dh got his refills of coffee from Starbucks.

Hopefully tomorrow will be another no spend day.
